CARDOZO STUDENTS GET SCHOOLED @ METRO PCS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

MetroPCS has established a scholarship program to assist students at Cardozo High School who plan to continue their education. Four scholarship awards of $2,500 will be granted. Awards are for full-time undergraduate study only. Applicants must be in grades 10-12 and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of past academic performance and future potential, leadership and participation in school, community services/activities, work experience, statement of career and educational aspirations and goals, unusual personal and family circumstances, and an essay. Financial need is not considered.
